"Urban News in its Rawest Form"

“I don’t have beef with dude. It’s just a disgreement,”, Lyfe Jennings explains. According to Lyfe, things kicked off when he invited one of Joc’s DJs to his house to check out songs from his upcoming album, Change. Though Lyfe isn’t pointing any fingers, he admits he finds it oddly coincidental that a song on Joc’s latest album, Hustlenomics, bears a striking resemblance to one of the tunes he played that day.

“He [the DJ] listened to my album and heard my song, ‘Brand New.’ All of a sudden, Yung Joc got a song called ‘Brand New,’ he explains. In addition to sharing the same title, Lyfe says that both songs more or less deal with the same topic—how stardom can sometimes make people change.

Although Lyfe is not too happy about the so-called “coincidence,” he does admit that he’s attempted to talk things out face-to-face. “Let me just say he was somewhere and then I was there too ‘cuz I heard he was there, but dude didn’t really wanna holla,” he says. “But when I see the guy, I’ma get it worked out.”

Lyfe says that we shouldn’t expect a problem between the two or for things to escalate. He just wants to settle things peacefully. “I want people saying positive things about me. I don’t want my biggest celebrity to be about beef,” he says. “You gonna know I’ve got beef when I really got beef.”

In other Young Joc news, according to a UK publication, the rapper was in London this week and after a performance with T-Pain, he decided to buy himself a drink. A fight broke out in the club, fists were flying and before he knew it, someone snatched his £75,000 (equal to about $150,000) necklace .A witness to at the club said, “A fight broke out and T-Pain jumped in to save the necklace but he couldn’t stop the thief running off.” Looks like that drink was a lot more expensive than he thought….

check this out.....the nigga stole it, POINT BLANK.....PERIOD. Thats a damn shame that he has to steal, obviously he don't have the creative genius of a brain like my man Lyfe. Lyfe is way to fucking creative and savy to steal anything from that punk. If i was lyfe, I would just chop it up as a loss. But the only real person loosing here is Y.j because of his dishonesty he will get looked at through suspicious eyes and wont have the blessing of being able to work with the likes of Lyfe Jennings. Young punk...your real ignorant for this one. Lil Flip has a joint with lyfe singing the hook and i have never bought a lil flip cd, but i betcha I'll be purchasing that. And I don't have to explain why, Anyone with half a brain could figure it out and you young punk didn't even have 1/4th of a brain to think about the stupid move you just pulled. Lyfe is going to be in the record books along with Tupac and Biggie and you will be a figment of a whole lot of peoples imagination. So, you stole a song. Are you proud of yourself? Why take crumbs when you could've had a slice of the fucking pie. You are really not relevant at all in the music industry as far as i am concerned, so if you happen to get another hit it surely wont be bumping in my ride.
